You will have 10 mins
in the chapel with a
maximum 8 mourners.

9.00-9.30am, Mon-Thurs.

This is a family led time with no celebrant/ministers. Options to enhance should you wish.

Please note; This is an attended direct cremation and as such a private ambulance will be used to transport the coffin and taken into the chapel using a trolley.

If you would like to have a hearse and bearers this will cost extra - please ask for further details.
3 Simple Steps

Make a note of any upgrade choices so you have them to hand when you call.
Step 2
Call
Call our 24 hour helpline where you will speak with one of our friendly Stag Guides, who will gently talk you through the process, making sure that your choices
are right for you.

Step 3
Pay
Once our Stag Guides have ensured that you are happy with your chosen options they will take payment in full. This has to take place before we are able to bring your loved
one into our care.
What's included
Collection of the person who has died anywhere in a hospital in the regions we cover, at a time convenient to us. Please note: If the person has died in a Care Home, Hospice or Private Home the cost for collection any time of the day will be an additional £450

Bringing the person who has died back into our professional care until the day of cremation.
Transportation of the coffin on the day of the cremation.

At Stag Cremations we don't use couriers to deliver the precious ashes of your loved one.
For those who wish to have the ashes returned the Stag guide who has supported you through the process will hand deliver them at a time convenient to you.
Important information

For oversized coffins (over 6'5" in length and over 24" in width) an extra charge will be made. You will be asked the height and weight of the person who has died when you speak to an advisor) Please contact us for further details. ​​​​​​​

You are very welcome to come and collect the ashes by appointment, from us in Kent or South Hampton. Alternatively, we can deliver them to you using our professional courier service at an additional cost of £100 (4 week service) and express service £150 for mainland England & Wales.

If you would like us to care for the ashes a nominal fee of £50 per month payable in advance. Please note that if we do not receive payment we will dispose of the ashes at a private location.

Full payment by credit/debit card is required before we are able to collect the person who has died.
